St. Louis Style Ribs

Applewood Smoked Ribs - I impatiently decided to pull out the Weber before Summer. Brilliant idea. These St. Louis Style Spare Ribs were marinated in teriyaki and were indirect slow grilled with Kingsford Original Charcoal and a foil pouch of beer-soaked Applewood chips.
